Zhongsheng Machinery (ZHSHTECH) manufactures robust excavator attachments, providing high-performance Hydraulic Breakers, Rippers, and Pulverizers for demanding demolition and construction work.

Excavator Hydraulic Breakers

As a core attachment for excavators, hydraulic breakers are widely used in demolition, mining and urban construction crushing operations. Standardized operation is key to improving efficiency, reducing damage and extending equipment service life, with the core points as follows:

1. Conduct a full inspection and maintenance before operation to ensure no looseness of high and low-pressure hoses, no oil leakage of the whole machine, and check nitrogen pressure regularly. Preheat the hydraulic system before startup, idle at low throttle to form an oil film, then operate at medium throttle to avoid hydraulic damage.

2. Keep the drill rod vertically striking the material throughout the operation, start only after stabilization, and prohibit inclined operation to prevent the drill rod from slipping and damaging the piston. Strictly control the striking force—excessive force may cause the machine body to tilt and get damaged by impact, while insufficient force will lead to reaction force damaging the breaker body and excavator.

3. Strictly prohibit blank firing and misuse of the drill rod. The drill rod must be closely attached to the material and stop striking immediately after crushing. Blank firing will cause component fracture and abnormal temperature rise of hydraulic oil. Do not use the drill rod to pry stones or lift objects with the breaker to avoid bending of the drill rod and damage to internal structures.

4. Avoid operation in water immersion; only the drill rod is allowed to enter water under special working conditions. Do not strike a single spot for too long; change positions if hard rock cannot be crushed after multiple strikes to prevent high-temperature decarburization and deformation of the drill rod. Thoroughly clean pipelines during installation and block breaker pipelines when replacing buckets to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic system.

5. Replace oil seals regularly every 600-800 working hours, stop the machine immediately to replace seals once oil leakage is found, so as to avoid dust contaminating the hydraulic oil circuit and damaging the hydraulic pump. Choose high-quality hydraulic breakers; inferior products are prone to faults and may damage excavators, resulting in greater losses than gains.
