What inspections should be done before the concrete pump is operated?

Inspection and maintenance before the concrete pump (ground pump and drag pump) is operated:
1. Electrical equipment: routine inspection. All switches should be in the specified state;
2. Hydraulic oil: oil level and oil quality inspection;
3. Add water to the water tank and check: fill the water tank with clean water, there should be no obvious leakage, otherwise check the cause of the leakage and deal with it;
4. Hopper inspection: the bucket should be cleaned, without concrete slag and debris; the mixing blades should be tight, intact, without damage or deformation
5. S pipe: all parts are intact and clean, and the fasteners are reliably connected;
6. Appearance inspection of the hydraulic system: the fixing conditions of each pump, oil motor, and valve meet the requirements, and the connection with the oil pipe is firm and well sealed; when the coupling is turned by hand to make each pump rotate, There should be no jamming and abnormal sound; the manual reversing valve should be flexible and reliably positioned;
7. Inspection of concrete delivery pipeline: Each pipe should be checked before taking over, the inside should be clean and smooth, and the appearance should not be cracked or seriously dented; the clamp and its connecting screws should be intact and clean, the rubber sealing ring in the clamp should be intact and elastic, and there should be no cement residue; the pipeline should be laid as flat as possible, the connection should be firm, the support should be firm and reliable, and it should not contact with debris that damages the pipe fittings;
8. Inspection of concrete pump idling:
1) Start the motor and check its rotation direction;
2) Start the motor and check the accumulator oil pressure. The pressure should reach the specified value within 20 seconds;
3) Press the pumping button, the concrete cylinder piston push and the S-tube reversing action should be properly coordinated. When the push frequency is too high, the closing oil should be added;
4) Push out the left and right pistons respectively, and use a wrench to check the piston center fixing screws, which should not be loose; the rubber piston should be well sealed and leak-proof (during the suction stroke, a small amount of leakage is allowed between the outer circle of the piston and the cylinder wall);
5) Press the piston reverse button to test the reverse pump control, and the piston reversal and recovery should be flexible and reliable;
6) Test the forward and reverse directions and stop of mixing, and its control should be flexible and reliable;
7) Check the electrical instruments , indicator lights, hydraulic pressure gauges, etc. should indicate correctly and without faults;
8) Test the remote control button for single control of pumping and stopping pumping, and the alternating operation of remote control and electrical box panel control, which should all meet the use requirements:
9) Run it idle for half an hour, check all parts, there should be no abnormal sound in the moving parts, no severe heat, no external leakage in the hydraulic system, the oil level and oil temperature rise in the oil tank are normal, and the oil does not bubble; the water level in the water tank does not drop significantly;
9. Lubrication inspection:
1) Check the quality and amount of butter in the oil storage tank,
2) Lubricate all parts, and check whether the lubricating oil has reached the parts that need lubrication.
